Choose the Screening Pathway That Fits You

Four source-defined options show sex-specific applicability and whether painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy are included.

WITHOUT ENDOSCOPY — MALE

Male Screening Without Endoscopy

Uses the source-listed non-endoscopic digestive assessments and male-specific screening groups. Painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy are not included. Final scheduling is subject to suitability review.

WITHOUT ENDOSCOPY — FEMALE

Female Screening Without Endoscopy

Uses the source-listed non-endoscopic digestive assessments and female-specific screening groups. Painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy are not included. Final scheduling is subject to suitability review.

WITH ENDOSCOPY — MALE

Male Screening With Endoscopy

Includes painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy with the source-listed male pathway. Scheduling depends on health history, contraindications and suitability review.

WITH ENDOSCOPY — FEMALE

Female Screening With Endoscopy

Includes painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy with the source-listed female pathway. Scheduling depends on health history, contraindications and suitability review.

EIGHT SCREENING DOMAINS

Eight Screening Domains. One Coordinated View.

Each visual maps to one source-defined screening domain; exact inclusion is shown in the complete checklist.

Basic Assessments

Blood, liver, kidney, lipid, electrolyte, thyroid, vitamin, urine, stool and ultrasound assessments, plus physical examinations.

Imaging

Low-dose chest CT with 3D reconstruction and bone-density assessment.

Cardiovascular & Cerebrovascular

ECG, cardiac and vascular ultrasound, coagulation, homocysteine and blood-rheology testing.

Digestive Function & Endoscopy

Gastric-function testing, 13C breath testing, endoscopy pathways and gut microbiome assessment.

Tumor-Related Testing

Sex-specific marker groups, EB-related testing, lung-related antigens, colorectal DNA and HPV genotyping where listed.

Function & Metabolism

Cellular, energy-metabolism, constitution, thyroid-function and diabetes-related assessments.

Immunity & Aging

Selected genetic variants, immune-aging review and T-cell, NK-cell, B-cell, TH1 and TH2 analyses.

Women's Screening

Breast, pelvic, cervical and gynecologic assessments for the female pathways.

COORDINATED ASSESSMENT

Laboratory and Ultrasound Assessment

Routine blood, urine and stool testing is coordinated with liver, kidney, lipid, glucose, thyroid and vitamin-related measurements. Thyroid, abdominal, urinary and pathway-specific ultrasound adds anatomical information. Findings are reviewed together rather than treated as isolated conclusions.

STRUCTURE AND FUNCTION

Imaging and Cardiovascular Assessment

Low-dose chest CT, bone-density assessment, resting ECG, heart ultrasound and carotid/vertebral ultrasound contribute complementary structural and functional information. Any follow-up depends on the complete result set and professional evaluation.

PATHWAY-SPECIFIC DIGESTIVE REVIEW

Digestive Function and Endoscopy Pathways

All four pathways include the source-listed 13C urea breath test and gut microbiome assessment. Non-endoscopy pathways include gastric-function testing; endoscopy pathways include painless gastroscopy and colonoscopy instead. Endoscopy remains subject to contraindication and suitability review.

CLINICAL CONTEXT REQUIRED

Tumor-Related Testing

Tumor-related blood measurements, colorectal DNA testing, EB-related testing and HPV genotyping are arranged only where the matrix lists them. They are screening inputs, not standalone confirmation of cancer, and abnormal or uncertain findings may require additional evaluation.

SYSTEMS-LEVEL REVIEW

Function, Metabolism, Immunity and Aging

The package combines source-listed metabolic, thyroid, glucose, constitution, genetic-variant and immune-cell assessments. Inclusion varies by pathway, so the complete checklist should be reviewed before purchase.

FEMALE PATHWAYS

Women's Screening Pathway

Female pathways add breast, pelvic, cervical and gynecologic assessments listed in the source package. Final scheduling may depend on age, menstrual status, pregnancy possibility, symptoms and professional review.

N-M: without endoscopy male · N-F: without endoscopy female · E-M: with endoscopy male · E-F: with endoscopy female. A check mark means listed in the source package; a dash means not listed. Clinical suitability may still affect final scheduling.
