Our website provides information about medical, dental, health screening and related support services in China and allows visitors to request consultations or arrangements. Website information is general information and is not an individual diagnosis, prescription or treatment recommendation. For an emergency, contact the emergency services where you are located.

Clinical assessment, treatment decisions, informed consent and medical care are the responsibility of the relevant healthcare provider. Suitability, availability, service scope and final costs must be confirmed for the individual case. Website content does not guarantee eligibility, a particular clinical outcome or a treatment timeline.

Enquiries, bookings and payment

Sending an enquiry does not confirm a medical appointment or treatment plan. Before accepting payment, we will provide written details of the agreed service, the provider or contracting party, charges, payment recipient and applicable cancellation and refund conditions. Please review those details before paying. Any additional service or cost requires agreement before it is charged.

Payments made directly to a hospital or another provider are subject to that provider's applicable payment arrangements. Our role and any separate coordination charges will be identified in the written booking details.

Cancellation and refunds

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy together with the written conditions supplied for your booking. Do not assume that every service has the same cancellation deadline or refund entitlement. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please provide accurate contact and booking information and promptly tell us about changes relevant to your arrangements. Submit information about another person only with appropriate authority. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Ask us for an appropriate submission method before sending sensitive medical documents.
