BEFORE YOU DECIDE
Preparatory care, when needed, is charged separately: tooth extraction, periodontal treatment, root canal treatment and bone grafting or augmentation. Long-term maintenance after restoration is also separate; it is not the same as treatment-period reviews.
Compare like-for-like written plans: implant identity, abutment, crown, preparatory treatment and follow-up. A lower headline figure may cover a different scope. Ask how future maintenance and replacement components will be arranged after you return home.
Implant placement, healing and fitting the final restoration may require staged appointments and more than one trip. Your clinician determines the schedule; a fixed stay or same-day final tooth is not promised.
The displayed price is the standard charge for one listed implant restoration at US$1,490 per tooth. You can pay online. Payment does not establish clinical suitability or confirm an appointment; treatment and scheduling require clinical review.
Illustrative treatment diagrams. Your written clinical plan confirms the service scope and schedule.
YOUR NEXT STEP
Ask about the listed restoration, the treatment stages and your preferred timing. A clinical assessment is required to establish suitability.
Clinical suitability and appointment dates require confirmation. This form is not for emergencies.
